Updating: Changing our review to 5 stars now. Great follow up by Jeff to get the issue taken care of. The installer came out today (within two days of Jeff getting back to us,) and by 8:00 this morning the bad paving stone was out and the new one placed. Thank you for following up and taking care of the problem. We really appreciate it. We would definitely recommend Pacific Pavers. As I mentioned before, we really love the finished product.
