5 stars for overall cost including changes (added 500 sq ft and side gravel path), communication, execution of demo, haul, install, craftsmanship, cleanliness, timeline, and punctuality. Project was about 1500 sq ft plus 150 feet 18″/14″ wall. Called several other 5 star rated companies found on Yelp, but their estimates were already higher than what we ended at with Pacific Pavers. I can’t imagine what it would have sky rocketed to with the add changes we made. See before and after pics. Got pavers in Belgard Catalina Rio color, and wall is Belgard Melville Wall in Linen color with Graphite wall cap. We got very lucky Sam at Pacific Pavers was able to procure our materials. Sam is very responsive and knowledgeable. He checked in onsite every morning and informed us of where we were and next steps. Very satisfied with how the work was carried out by the crew of 7. Arrived each day at 7am and left a little after 5. Very organized in logistics of demo, haul, laying irrigation and install of pavers and wall. All projects are different but mine went rather smoothly. Highly recommend.
